LUSH OXFORD STREET HAUL ❤

When I visited London last week, I decided to visit the new Lush shop on Oxford Street. I've been wanting to visit since it opened in April this year so I was so happy when I finally visited. It has loads of products I'd never seen before (Oxford Street Exclusives) and the minute I walked in, it smelt like a sweet shop. I kept picking different products up just to smell them.
Eventually, after browsing through almost all of the products, I finally bought some bath bombs, a shower gel and two toner waters.

'Stardust' Bath Bomb (£2.95)
One of the first products I picked up was this 'Stardust' bath bomb and I fell in love with the smell because my first thought was that it smelt like vanilla which is one of my favourite smells. It also looks really cute as well, as you can see in the picture above, it's in the shape of a star. When you put this in your bath, it is like adding star dust to your bath so the name is very suitable. Defintely one of my favourite bath bombs.
'Twilight' Bath Bomb (£3.50)
I've used this bath bomb before and I love it so when I found it at the Oxford Street store, I had to buy it. It's a pretty pink colour with stars all over it. This is perfect if you're struggling to sleep and relax at night as it contains lavender oil which is commonly used to treat insomnia so I would suggest having this bath bomb before you go to bed. This bomb will also turn your bath a pretty pink and light blue colour. The fragrance is also really soothing which I love.
'Frozen' Bath Bomb (£3.95)
I was so excited about trying this bath bomb because so many people had been talking about it and saying it was the best Lush bath bomb and, since buying this product, I agree. The fragrance consists of grapefruit and rose which smells so beautiful. This bath bomb will turn your bath into a gorgeous, glittery blue which is what I loved most about this product. This is perfect if you want a relaxing bath.
'Dragon's Egg' Bath Bomb (£3.50)
This bath bomb definitely makes bathtime more exciting as it fizzes, crackles and changes your bath colour to a gorgeous citrusy gold. The scent is reminiscent of lemon sherbet with a hint of jasmine leaving you feeling amazing and ready for the day. The citrus scents leave you feeling transformed and invigorated. This bath bomb is uplifting and refreshing which is why it's my favourite bath bomb.
'Blackberry' Bath Bomb (£3.35)
Blackberries are one of my favourite fruits so of course I was going to love this bath bomb. I've also been feeling really stressed and tense recently so I knew this was going to make me feel better. One of the main ingredients include bergamot which is used in aromatherapy to treat anxiety, depression and nervous tension. It is also relaxing and uplifting as well as antibacterial. Another ingredient is frankincense oil which helps slow down breathing and induces a feeling of well-being.
'Avobath' bath bomb (£3.50)
I love avocado so I fell in love with this bomb the moment I smelt it. The lemongrass and bergamot oils will pick you up while also tackling dryness with fresh avocado and olive oil. It also contains lustre, which gives a shimmering green effect to your bath and leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean. It also contains a lot of mashed avocado and olive oil to tackle dehydration making this an excellent choice if you suffer from dry skin.
'Fizzbanger' Bath Bomb (£3.50)
This is a Catherine wheel of a bath bomb because it changes colour as it fizzes, crackling with popping candy and releasing first a citrussy apple and then a cinnamon, apple pie like scent with a hint of ylang ylang. One of the ingredients is petitgrain which is used in aromatherapy to calm the breathing, slow the heartbeat and decrease the feelings of breathing. Ylang ylang also produces a feeling of joy and cinnamon leaf oil helps you let go.
'Snow Fairy' Shower Gel (£7.95 for 250g)
Some of you might be surprised to see this shower gel on my blog as it's normally only available during the Christmas period but Oxford Street has this over two months early so if you live near the Oxford Street shop, I'd suggest that you'd buy this before it sells out as it is a very popular product. If you like sweet fragrances, I'd definitely recommend this as it smells just like candyfloss. This is perfect for your shower as it cleanses the skin and leaves you smelling delicious.
'Tea Tree Water' and 'Eau Roma' Toner Waters (£4.50 each)
I do suffer from dry skin and can never find anything that is good for my skin until now. The 'Tea Tree' toner keeps my skin clear and leaves it feeling refreshed. It is also antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobial so can help keep away the bacteria that causes spots. One of the ingredients is grapefruit which is rich in vitamins and is lightly astringent on the skin. Another ingredient is juniperberry which is antiseptic and helps keep skin clean and clear. I use this to wipe my makeup off.
The 'Eau Roman' toner is an elegant formula that is suitable even for the most sensitive skins. This includes: rose water which helps to calm and reduce redness and lavender water which balances and softens the skin. On the Lush website, it says that this toner water was created as a way to hydrate and sooth the skin both gently and effectively. I'd recommend it for a quick, refreshing spritz to remove any traces of makeup or cleanser.

So those were all of the products I bought from the Oxford Street shop, if you're a Lush fan, like me, I'd definitely recommend that you visit this shop as there is something for everyone.
Thank you for reading my blog, I hope you enjoyed reading it.

❤ Lush Haul ❤

On Friday, I visited the Trafford Centre, one of my favourite places to shop in Manchester and I bought myself a few things from Lush.
Here is what I bought :)
The 'Cupcake' Fresh Face Mask
I have used this face mask in the past and it is by far one of my favourite face masks. It smells just like chocolate cupcakes and feels so good on my skin. It contains rhassoul mud, which is highly absorbent, and works with cocoa powder to draw out all of the dirt and impurities and give it a deep cleanse. Fresh mint is also one of the main ingredients which stimulates and tones the skin, whilst linseed and cocoa butter soften and moisturise the skin. To get amazing results from this face mask, leave this in your fridge and use within 3 weeks. When using, leave on your face for 10-15 minutes. My skin feels dry a lot of the time but after using this, it feels a lot softer and also looks better too.

'Space Girl' bath bomb
This is a space-dust filled bath bomb with a sweet and fruity fragrance. When you drop this into your bath, 'Space Girl' crackles with space dust (popping candy) as it spins around your orbit, restoring your good cheer. Ingredients include: grapefruit oil, which is refreshing and uplifting for the mood and clarifying and toning the skin and bergamot, which makes you feel relaxed and cheerful.

'Sakura' bath bomb
Lush have described this bath bomb as the celebration of spring, so when better to use it than in Spring? They also said that it was 'inspired' by the cherry blossom in Japan and is designed to evoke the burst of optimism so it is perfect to use if you're feeling a bit down and need some cheering up. Lush have used calming mimosa and jasmine oils complemented by lemon oil and orange flower to bring to mind the smell of the colourful season. It smells amazing and turns your bath into a pretty light pink colour.
'Granny Takes A Dip' bath bomb
This is the first time that I used this bath bomb and I have to say, I loved it! The moment I dropped it into my bath, it exploded into a mixture of colours, such as pink, red, green, blue and purple, so my bath looked amazing. The scent consisted of ginger, pepper and lemon, which I loved. One of the ingredients is lemon oil, which helps boosts the mood so this bath is perfect if you're having a bad day and need to relax.

My Favourite Lush Products!

Hi, I LOVE Lush and I know a lot of people do too, so I thought I'd do a blogbost on my favourite Lush products.

'Love Locket' bath bomb (£5)
This bath bomb is only available during Valentine's Day (so, end of January until end of February) and this is the first time I've tried it and I loved it! It smells amazing. What I also love about this bath bomb is that you can break it in half and there's a smaller bath bomb inside so you can get three baths out of this bomb. This bath bomb also contains tiny paper hearts, shiny red hearts and a sensual blend of vanilla, jasmine and neroli essential oils to make you feel loved during Valentine's.
'Unicorn Horn' bubble bar (£5)
This is also part of the Valentine's Day range, so it is limited so if you didn't manage to get one this year, I'd definitely recommend you get one next year! I love bubble bars, they last for ages(I still have some of my Magic Kingdom bubble bar from last Christmas!) and the smallest amount of this bubble bar goes a long way. After you crumble bits of this bubble bar under a tap, your bath will be filled with essential oils, colourful candy stars, sparkling glitter and rainbows. This bubble bar is just the cutest and I love it!
'Think Pink' bath bomb (£2.65)
This is a relaxing bath bomb with a sweet vanilla and tonka fragrance. When it dissolves, it feels like you're getting a big warm hug and you'll find yourself surrounded by rice paper confetti hearts that will slowly melt away. The scent comes from FairTrade vanilla absolute, while tonka adds a caramel undertone. It also contains Neroli, which gives it a sunny citrus top note, while lavender clears your mind and makes you feel like life is sweet.

'Cupcake' Fresh Face Mask (£6.50)
This is the first Lush face mask that I tried and I loved it! This contains rhassoul mud, which is highly absorbent, and works with cocoa powder to draw out all the dirt and impurities and give it a deep cleanse. It also contains fresh mint which stimulates and tones the skin, whilst linseed and cocoa butter soften and moisturise the skin. To get amazing results, leave this in your fridge and use within 3 weeks. Apply to face and leave on for 10-15 minutes. I hated my skin before but this face mask definitely cleanses the skin and leaves it looking flawless! This is definitely my favourite ever face mask.

'Angels On Bare Skin' Fresh Cleanser (£6.75 for 100g)
This fresh cleanser is made from 100% fresh ingredients and is inspired by a mediaeval recipe and is topped with lavendar flowers. This contains kaolin to absorb grease and dirt which leaves the skin feeling clean and nourished. It also contains lavendar oil and rose absolute to calm the skin. Mix this cleanser with water to form a milky-like paste, the ground almonds create almond milk which helps tone and brighten the skin. You can also use this all over your body as well as your face.
'Tea Tree Water' Toner Water (£4.25 for 100g)
To keep skin clear and fresh, I would recommend this toner water as it is antibacterial, antifungal and antimicrobal so can help keep away the bacteria that cause spots. It contains grapefruit, which is rich in vitamins and is also lightly astringent on the skin, and juniperberry, which is antiseptic and helps keep skin clean and clear. I would use this at any time of the day and I would use it to remove traces of makeup or cleanser.
'Eau Roma Water' Toner Water (£4.25 for 100g)
This toner water contains an elegant formula that is suitable for even the most sensitive skins. This contains rose water, which helps calm and reduce redness, and lavender water, which balances and softens the skin. This was created to hydrate and soothe the skin in both a gentle and effective way. You can use it for a quick, refreshing spritz or to remove any traces of makeup or cleanser.

'Sex Bomb' Bath Bomb (£3.35)
This was one of the very first Lush products I had ever tried and I loved it! This has a fragrant blend of jasmine, ylang ylang and clary sage and will leave you feeling relaxed. And what's great about this bath bomb is that after the bomb has completely fizzed, leaving your bath a pretty pink colour, all that remains are some foamy rose pieces which smell really pretty as well.
'Ickle Baby Bot' bath bomb (£1.95)
I remember, back in 2012, this was one of Lush's newest products and was selling for just a £1 and I also remember thinking how cute it looked so I decided to buy it. After filling your bath with water, pop this in and this will turn your whole bath bright blue. This contains lavender which leaves me feeling really calm and relaxed. Fact: Lavender is a calming aromatherapy oil and is used in traditional medicine to treat skin irritations, sunburn and insect bites, so it's really soothing on the skin.

So those are 9 of my favourite Lush products.
I hope you've enjoyed reading my blog.
