❤ April Favourites ❤

Hi, sorry I haven't posted in ages, I haven't really had anything to post on here but since it's the end of April, I decided to do a blogpost on my favourite things this month.

Oreo Easter Egg
I had a great Easter and I hope you all did too. Like lots of other people, I gots lots of yummy Easter Eggs but my favourite was the Oreo egg. Oreos are one of my favourite biscuits and this egg came with 4 Oreos, which I loved.
'Shy' by Stacey Solomon
I've been a fan of Stacey Solomon ever since she was on The X Factor in 2008. She came third and won I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! (a UK reality gameshow where celebrities live in an Australian jungle and compete in 'Bushtucker Trials' in order to be crowned 'King' or 'Queen' of the Jungle) and she did various presenting jobs. I remember I was only 11 when she was on The X Factor and I always wanted her to release an album and now finally almost 7 years later, she has released 'Shy' and it doesn't disappoint. She has an amazing voice and my favourites on the album are 'Shy', 'Breath Away' and 'The Way We Was'. Not only does she have an amazing voice, she is really sweet too and, as you can see by my signed album, I met her at her Manchester signing. This was my second time meeting her as my first time meeting her was at her book signing in Manchester way back in May 2011 and, I can honestly say that she is just as lovely now as she was then. If you fancy buying her album it's out now on iTunes.
'All I Know Now' by Carrie Hope Fletcher
If you know me, you'll know I love to read. One of my favourite books this month is 'All I Know Now' by Carrie Hope Fletcher, one of my favourite YouTubers. This book contains anecdotes from Carrie's life while giving advice along the way. If you watch Carrie's videos then you'll love this book as she talks about all sorts of problems that teenagers go through such as: problems at school; how to make friends; how to be happy; self-harming and eating disorders. Carrie is such a lovely person, judging from her YouTube videos and her tweets, and her personality shines in this book. Worried that this book may have been 'ghostwritten'? Worry not as Carrie refused and wanted to write this book from her heart and from her point of view. I'd definitely recommend this book to fans of Carrie and anyone that's struggling with the aforementioned problems.
'Allegiant' by Veronica Roth
And another book I'm loving is the final book in the Divergent series by Veronica Roth, Allegiant. Unlike the first two books, we see both of Tris' and Tobias' point of view as they try to find out the truth behind the faction system that has been running for many years. As Tris discovers it turns out that people born Divergent are not as dangerous as everyone previously thought. In Insurgent, all born-Divergents can now come out of hiding. In Allegiant, Tris and Tobias visit a new world unlike any they've ever seen before and finally find the answer to the questions that have been lurking since the fraction system broke down. This is definitely my favourite book in the Divergent series and I can't wait to watch the film adaptation next year. I'd recommend this book to fans of the Divergent and The Hunger Games book series.

So, those are my four favourite things this April.
Thanks for reading! ❤
